How to Book a Library Conference Room or  Study Room:

To book spaces, a valid @maine.edu email is required.

1. Select the space/room you would like to book.

2. Pick the date, then select times (up to 2 hour blocks).

3. Select Continue to complete and submit the booking form.

4. You will receive an e-mail requiring you to click a confirmation link within 30 minutes to complete your reservation.  If you do not click the link and confirm, your reservation will be canceled.

Note: Study and Conference rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the start of a group reservation time. If the group has not shown up by 15 minutes after the start time, the reservation may be canceled if the room is needed.
